Use the land office's prescribed form and ensure names match the passport.
Certified passport copies for buyers or sellers
The lawyer must see the document holder's original passport.

Check directors' authority against the latest company affidavit.

The lawyer certifies the signer's identity, not the facts stated in the declaration.
