FAQ
- What does this catalogue cover?
- 9 catalogue clusters and 151 line items: certified translation, NAATI translation, Notary Public work, MFA and embassy legalization, police clearance certificates, visa filing, marriage and family records, company/accounting/tax/trademark work, and government document retrieval including driving licences.
- Why are there no prices?
- Fees depend on document type, number of copies, target language, which authority we must attend, and urgency, so we quote after reviewing the actual documents. The one published range is NAATI certified translation at THB 1,300–2,500 per document, 5–7 business days. Ask us on 083-249-4999, LINE @NYC168 or contact@ilc.ltd.
- Is there an online cart?
- No cart and no online payment. Every job starts with a staff review of your documents so we can confirm the receiving authority accepts that exact format, then we confirm the fee and the delivery date.
- Can I use these services from outside Bangkok or overseas?
- Yes, for every item. Send scans or photos by LINE or email for assessment, courier the originals only when the authority requires them, and we return the finished documents to the address you nominate.
- Can Thailand issue an Apostille yet?
- Not yet. The Hague Convention of 1961 enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Until then documents still go through Department of Consular Affairs legalization and, where required, the destination embassy in Thailand.
- How is personal data handled?
- Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, access is restricted to the staff handling your file, and copies are returned or destroyed on completion according to your instruction.
