- No. Every visa and permit decision belongs to the authority that receives it. What we control is accuracy and completeness of the documents and translations we prepare.
- How long does a certified translation take?
- Short personal documents are often ready within a few working days. Consular authentication and embassy steps depend on those offices' queues, so we give an estimate once we see your file rather than a fixed promise.
- Do I need to come to the office?
- Usually not. Most work starts from photos, and originals can be sent by courier. Some notarial acts and signatures must be done in person.
- Which languages can you translate?
- Thai and English daily, and Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German and many others through our translator network. Send the file and we confirm before you pay.
