Yes. Thailand is not on Colombia's visa-waiver list. Consular V (Visitor) visa at Embassy of Colombia in New Delhi (accredited to Thailand) or via Cancillería online portal — USD 82 processing + USD 52 issuance, 90d + 90d extension. Work/study/residence: M (Migrant) or R (Resident) categories.
Migrant visa (Visa M)?
Categories: M-1 spouse of Colombian, M-5 worker (labor contract), M-6 investor (real estate min 350 SMMLV ≈ COP 455M ≈ USD 105k, or company COP 100 SMMLV ≈ USD 30k), M-9 digital nomad (income USD 900/mo since 2023), M-11 student (accredited institution). 3-yr validity, path to Resident (R) after 2–5 years depending on category.
Resident visa (Visa R) & citizenship?
