Do Thai passport holders need a visa for Indonesia?
No — ASEAN visa-free 30 days for tourism (non-extendable). Any longer stay or work requires a visa issued through molina.imigrasi.go.id (e-visa portal) or Indonesian Embassy Bangkok / Consulate-General Songkhla.
Second Home Visa (E33F) — flagship 2024 route?
5 or 10-year multi-entry, USD 130K deposit in Indonesian state bank OR proof of property USD 1M+, minimum age 55 (or 25+ with special skill/investor status). Allows dependants, permits work through PT PMA ownership. We handle bank coordination + AHU registration.
KITAS work permit — the standard route?
Employer sponsors IMTA (work permit) → VITAS notification → convert to KITAS on arrival. Categories: C312 (working KITAS 6–12 mo), C313/C314 (1–2 yr multi), E23 (skilled worker), E28 (investor via PT PMA). Requires RPTKA plan approved by Ministry of Manpower.
Bali Digital Nomad / Golden Visa?
