EP COMPASS pre-scoring (why filings fail)
- C1 Salary: ≥ 65th percentile local PMET → 20 pts, or 90th → 10 pts.
- C2 Qualifications: Top-tier institution list (MOM published) → 20 pts.
- C3 Diversity: Firm's nationality concentration < 5% for your nationality → 20 pts.
- C4 Support for locals: Firm hires ≥ 50th percentile local PMET share → 20 pts.

- Do Thai passport holders need a visa for Singapore?
- No — Thai ordinary passport holders receive visa-free entry for up to 30 days for tourism/business. You must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days before arrival — free at eservices.ica.gov.sg. No paper form on arrival.
- Long-term passes we handle?

Need 40 pts minimum. We pre-score your profile and map remediation before filing.
- ONE Pass — who qualifies?
- Fixed monthly salary ≥ S$30,000 in last year (or Singapore-offered), OR outstanding achievement in arts/sports/science/academia/research. 5-year validity, sponsor-free, allows concurrent employment/founding, spouse works freely. Filed via myMOM portal — decision ~ 4 weeks.
- Timeline & fees?

- Can I convert visitor to work pass in-country?
- No. Work passes must be issued before entry — you enter on a Single Journey Visa (issued after IPA letter). Overstaying or working on a social visit visa triggers permanent blacklist.
