For use in a Thai land transaction, ask the relevant Land Office about its language, signature, witness, and overseas execution requirements. For an Australian submission, ask the receiving authority whether it requires an English translation by a NAATI-certified translator. Provide the completed form, not merely a blank template, with all property identifiers, granted powers, signatures, and attachments visible. Translation cannot validate the power of attorney or correct an improperly executed form. If overseas authentication is involved, confirm the applicable steps with the Department of Consular Affairs and the receiving authority.
