A NAATI translation may be revised without translating everything again, but a new address must be supported by an updated source document rather than simply substituted into the old translation. Send the translator the revised Thai document and the previous translation so they can compare the full text, including dates, reference numbers and issuing details. They will determine whether a limited revision is appropriate and issue a newly authenticated translation reflecting the revised source. If your address has changed but the original document correctly records your former address, that historical address should remain unchanged. You may instead need to update your application details or provide separate address evidence. Confirm the required approach with the Department of Home Affairs or other receiving authority.
