Q588. Can a Notary Public witness a signature on a real estate contract?

Answered by NYC Visa & Translation attorneys
A notarial attorney can certify the signatures of parties who sign in their presence. Thai land transfers themselves are registered at the Land Office, and foreigners generally cannot own land in their own name, so get legal review of the contract separately.
