Study-abroad and Work and Holiday visa documents
Most delays on study and student-visa applications come from documents: a name in the translation that does not match the passport, or a bank letter in a sponsor's name with no proof of relationship. We handle that paperwork. Choosing an institution and admission are between you and the institution.

1. Academic records
Thai-language transcripts and certificates must be translated into the language the institution requires. Some universities only accept records sent directly by the previous school, or English versions it issues itself — ask before ordering a translation.
What we do: certified translation, notarised true copies, and Department of Consular Affairs legalisation when required. For Australia we offer translation by NAATI-certified translators.
2. Financial and sponsor evidence
Most countries ask for proof of funds for tuition and living costs. If parents sponsor, you usually need proof of relationship and a consent letter. Minimum amounts and holding periods vary — see the destination immigration authority's notice.
- Bank balance certificate (English)
- Birth certificate or house registration showing the relationship (certified translation)
- Sponsor's employment or income letter (certified translation)
- Parental consent if the applicant is a minor

3. Work and Holiday visas
Thailand has Work and Holiday arrangements with several countries, including Australia and New Zealand. Each sets its own age, education, language and quota rules; some open in rounds that fill quickly, and some require a support letter from a Thai agency first.
What we do: check the document list against the latest notice, translate qualifications, house registration and financial letters, and have the file ready before the round opens. We cannot reserve a quota place or speed up a decision.
4. Police clearance and medicals
Many long-stay visas need a Royal Thai Police clearance, and some countries require a medical at an embassy-approved hospital only. We can apply for the clearance and translate it; the medical must follow the embassy's instructions.

Frequently asked questions
Are you a study-abroad agency?
No. We are not an admissions agent for any university. We handle documents, translation, certification and the visa file.
Do you guarantee the student visa?
No. The decision belongs to the destination immigration authority.
Must a Thai transcript be translated?
Usually, but some institutions accept only an English version issued by the previous school. Ask the institution first.
Do I need a NAATI translation for Australia?
Many Australian bodies require a NAATI-certified translator. We offer this; check the requirement of the body you are applying to.
How much money must be in the account?
It varies by country and is revised periodically. See the destination authority's latest notice; we do not state figures on its behalf.
Can my parents sponsor me?
Usually yes, with proof of relationship such as a birth certificate and certified translation; some countries also ask for the sponsor's income letter.
Which countries offer Work and Holiday visas to Thais?
Several, including Australia and New Zealand. The list and conditions change — check with the Department of Consular Affairs or the country's embassy.
Can you book a Work and Holiday quota place?
No. Applications and quotas run on the destination's system. We get your documents ready before the round opens.
Do I need a police clearance?
Many long-stay visas require one. We can apply to the Royal Thai Police and translate it.
What extra is needed for applicants under 18?
Usually a parental consent letter, sometimes with a certified signature. We draft it and have it notarised.
Can I use your service from another province?
Yes. We have branches in Bangkok and Khon Kaen and accept documents by post or through agents nationwide.
What does it cost?
We quote after reviewing the documents. The initial enquiry for a quote is free.
