Canada visa document pack (TRV / study permit)

Canadian filings are more format-sensitive than most applicants expect. IRCC generates a personalised document checklist from the questionnaire answers; uploading anything less can see the application returned without substantive assessment. The second trap is the translation rule: if the translator is not a certified translator, an affidavit sworn before an authorised official must accompany the translation. We handle both, and draft a letter of explanation that states purpose, source of funds and return intent plainly. Application and biometrics fees are set by IRCC and can be verified at ircc.canada.ca.

Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?

No. Approval or refusal is at the sole discretion of the destination country's issuing authority. We are not an agent of any embassy, consulate, visa application centre or immigration office, and we have no priority channel.

Can an apostille replace the legalisation chain?

Not yet. The Apostille Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027; before then Thai public documents used abroad still need Department of Consular Affairs legalisation followed by the destination embassy.
