Visa Document Preparation, Translation & Legalisation Catalog

Document work that supports a visa application: Thai nationals travelling abroad, foreign nationals filing in Thailand, certified translation for visa files, and special-case support. Published ranges are our document-handling fee per job and exclude embassy visa fees, application-centre charges and Department of Consular Affairs legalisation fees. The decision on any visa rests solely with the issuing authority. Ordering is by phone, LINE or email — there is no online shopping cart.
Facts to know before ordering
- Visas are decided by the destination country's embassy, consulate-general or immigration authority; we prepare documents only.
- VFS Global, TLScontact and BLS collect documents and biometrics on behalf of embassies and do not decide cases.
- Visa fees and application-centre charges change by announcement, so no fixed figure is published here.
- Department of Consular Affairs legalisation is THB 200 per stamp (standard) or THB 400 per stamp (express), charged at cost.
- A visa and a work permit are separate processes handled by separate authorities.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, offer no shortcut, and never prepare documents that do not match the facts.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a visa agency that guarantees approval?
No. We prepare, translate and certify the documents that support an application. Granting or refusing a visa is entirely at the discretion of the destination country's embassy, consulate-general or immigration authority. We hold no agency appointment from any of them, have no queue-jumping channel, and guarantee neither the outcome nor a decision date.
Do the prices include the visa fee?
No. The published range is our document-handling fee per job. Embassy visa fees and visa application-centre service charges (VFS Global, TLScontact, BLS) are set by those organisations, paid at cost, and change from time to time, so always confirm the current rate on the official website before filing.
Does the visa application centre decide the case?
No. VFS Global, TLScontact and BLS receive documents, collect biometrics and forward the file. The decision rests with the consular officer of the embassy or consulate-general.
How are Thai public documents certified for a visa file?
They are translated into the language the destination requires, legalised by the Legalisation Division, Department of Consular Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs (THB 200 per stamp standard, THB 400 per stamp express), and then legalised by the destination country's embassy in Thailand where that authority requires it.
Can Thailand issue an apostille instead?
Not yet. The Apostille Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027. Before that date the Department of Consular Affairs plus destination-embassy chain still applies.
What translation do Australian authorities accept?
Australian government agencies require translations by a NAATI-certified translator, with the certification stamp, practitioner number and certification expiry visible on the translation.
Is a Thai business visa (Non-B) the same as a work permit?
No. The visa is issued by a Royal Thai Embassy, Consulate-General or the Immigration Bureau, while the work permit falls under the Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour, per the Royal Decree on Managing the Work of Foreigners B.E. 2560 (2017). Both must be handled separately.
How do I order?
There is no online shopping cart. Every job starts with a document review and confirmation of the destination's requirements. Order by phone 083-2494999 · LINE @NYC168 · email contact@nyclegal.co.th.

Frequently asked questions
- What is the DTV and who realistically qualifies?
- The Destination Thailand Visa is a five-year multiple-entry visa allowing stays of up to 180 days per entry, extendable once per entry by a further 180 days at an immigration office. It targets remote workers employed or contracted outside Thailand, freelancers with foreign clients, and participants in Thai soft-power activities such as Muay Thai training, cooking courses or medical treatment, and it requires evidence of at least THB 500,000 in available funds.
- How is the LTR visa different from the DTV?
- The Long-Term Resident visa is a ten-year visa administered by the Board of Investment for wealthy global citizens, wealthy pensioners, work-from-Thailand professionals and highly skilled professionals, and it bundles a digital work permit, a flat 17% personal income tax rate for the skilled-professional category and annual instead of 90-day reporting. The DTV is cheaper and faster but grants no work permit for Thai-sourced work and no tax privileges.
- Can I work in Thailand on a tourist or DTV visa?
- No — any work performed inside Thailand requires a work permit or an equivalent digital work authorization, regardless of where the employer or client is located. The DTV is intended for work delivered to foreign employers and clients; taking on Thai clients or a Thai employer requires switching to a Non-B or LTR pathway with proper authorization.
- What most often causes a Schengen or UK visa refusal from Thailand?
- The dominant causes are weak evidence of ties to Thailand, bank statements that show a sudden unexplained deposit shortly before filing, inconsistencies between the application form and supporting documents, insufficient or non-compliant travel insurance, and an itinerary that does not match the stated purpose. Refusals are recorded, so a re-application must directly address the refusal ground rather than simply resubmit the same file.
