Ask whether collection includes only supporting paperwork or also return of the original Royal Thai Police clearance certificate. Courier service does not replace fingerprinting or any personal attendance required by the Police Clearance Service Center. Before handing over documents, obtain a written checklist, receipt, tracking arrangements, and confirmation of who may collect the issued certificate. Avoid sending your original passport unless the official procedure specifically requires it. For overseas delivery, confirm the destination address, customs documentation, and arrangements if the certificate is lost or damaged in transit.
