Request a clear colour PDF without cropping, alterations, or glare, and agree on a secure delivery method because the document contains sensitive identity information. Ask the agency to check the certificate’s name and passport details before shipping the original. A scan can help with translation preparation or online uploading, but it is not automatically a substitute for the physical certificate; confirm acceptance with the destination embassy or immigration authority.
