Ask the Royal Thai Police Police Clearance Service Centre whether it accepts an exchange-program confirmation, admission letter, host-school invitation, or enrollment certificate for your application. A student who has not yet enrolled should explain that position rather than obtain a misleading document. Separately confirm the destination embassy’s police-certificate requirements, including whether a certificate is needed for that applicant.
