Q1139. Do foreign nationals who previously operated private businesses in Thailand need to submit corporate tax receipts?

Corporate tax receipts are not something every former foreign business operator should assume is mandatory for a Thai police clearance application. Ask the Royal Thai Police Police Clearance Service Center for the current checklist applicable to your nationality, residence history, and application route. Explain whether you were a shareholder, director, employee, or sole operator, because those roles are not interchangeable. Keep former passports, Thai visa records, work permits, and relevant business documents available if additional evidence is requested. Confirm whether the authority wants personal employment evidence or company records before arranging certified copies or translations. A corporate tax receipt alone does not establish your complete immigration or employment history.
