Q1149. Can I change the designated recipient mailing address on file after my Thai police certificate has already been issued?

You may be able to change the delivery address after issuance if the certificate has not been dispatched, but the Royal Thai Police must confirm whether it can amend the mailing instructions. Contact the Police Clearance Service Center promptly with your application reference, proof of identity, and the complete replacement address. Ask for confirmation of the change rather than assuming an email request has been actioned. If the document is already in transit, check the carrier’s redirection rules and any authorization requirements. Distinguish the delivery address from a recipient or destination printed on the certificate: changing the mailing label will not correct information on the issued document.
