Company dissolution & liquidation

Closing a company properly: dissolution registration, appointment of a liquidator, public notice, creditor notification, VAT deregistration, closing financial statements audited by a CPA, and registration of the completed liquidation. Abandoning a dormant company leaves filing duties and accumulating penalties in place. Fees are quoted after we review your structure and documents. Ask by phone, LINE or email — there is no cart and no online payment.
