Foreign Business Licence & certificate support

Preparation of Foreign Business Licence and Foreign Business Certificate applications under the Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542, which classifies activities into Lists 1, 2 and 3. Legal basis

Foreign Business Act B.E. 2542 (1999), which sets out Lists 1, 2 and 3 and requires a licence or certificate before a business with foreign shareholding of one half or more may operate a restricted activity.

Approval is at the discretion of the receiving authority — the Department of Business Development, the Revenue Department, the Department of Employment, the Board of Investment and the Department of Intellectual Property, as applicable.
