Thailand Non-B business visa & work permit document pack
The most common misconception is that a Non-B visa itself permits work. It does not: the visa grants entry and stay, while the right to work comes from a work permit under the Department of Employment — a different authority with a different file. We separate the two tracks from the outset and prepare the employer-side documents in parallel, because stale corporate paperwork (a company affidavit older than the accepted validity, or unfiled financial statements) is the most frequent cause of a stalled file. Foreign-issued qualifications must complete their legalisation chain first, which adds time and should begin well before the intended start date.

Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?
No. Approval or refusal is at the sole discretion of the destination country's issuing authority. We are not an agent of any embassy, consulate, visa application centre or immigration office, and we have no priority channel.
Can an apostille replace the legalisation chain?
Not yet. The Apostille Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027; before then Thai public documents used abroad still need Department of Consular Affairs legalisation followed by the destination embassy.
