What is the difference between China Q1 and Q2 visas?

China’s Q1 visa is generally for longer-term family reunion or qualifying foster-care arrangements, while Q2 is for short-term visits to eligible family members in China. These categories typically concern relatives of Chinese citizens or foreign nationals holding Chinese permanent residence; relatives of other foreign residents may need a different category. Check the current duration limits and relationship definitions with the Chinese Embassy in Thailand or its authorized visa application center. Prepare the invitation, inviter’s identity or residence documents, and relationship evidence required for your category. Q1 holders generally need to complete residence-permit formalities after entry within the prescribed deadline. Do not assume either category permits employment, or that a Thai marriage certificate automatically meets Chinese authentication requirements. Confirm current requirements with the embassy or official portal before filing.

  1. Q1058. What is the difference between China Q1 and Q2 visas?

  2. Q1059. Who qualifies for Japan Multiple 3-year visa?

A three-year multiple-entry visa for Japan may be available to applicants who meet the Japanese Embassy’s current nationality-specific and travel-purpose criteria, but that validity is not automatic. If you hold a Thai passport, consult the Embassy of Japan in Thailand’s multiple-entry guidance for your particular category. Relevant evidence may include financial capacity, employment or business status, previous travel, and the reason repeated visits are needed. Requirements differ for tourism, business, and other eligible purposes. Explain your expected travel pattern and submit consistent income, bank, and occupation records where requested. The embassy determines the visa’s validity and entry conditions; a three-year visa does not authorize a continuous three-year stay or employment in Japan.

  3. Q1060. Who qualifies for Korea Multiple 10-year visa?

A ten-year multiple-entry Korean visa is available only under specific nationality and applicant-category rules, so applying from Thailand does not by itself establish eligibility. First check whether the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Thailand currently offers that validity for your passport nationality and intended visa category. Online advice may describe programs for other nationalities or selected professional groups and may not apply to Thai passport holders. Where a qualifying category exists, prepare the exact evidence requested, such as professional credentials, employment records, income documents, or previous travel history. Confirm permitted activities and stay per entry separately from visa validity. Neither previous Korean visits nor a multiple-entry visa guarantees admission at the border.

  4. Q1061. How to apply for Vietnam eVisa 90-day?

Apply for Vietnam’s eVisa through the Vietnam Immigration Department’s official portal, selecting a stay of up to 90 days and the entry option appropriate to your itinerary. Start at evisa.gov.vn and check the current eligibility rules for your passport nationality. Prepare a clear passport identity-page image, a compliant portrait, your intended arrival and departure dates, accommodation details, and an accepted entry checkpoint. Enter your name and passport number exactly as printed in your passport. Review everything before paying, then retain your application reference to check the result. If issued, inspect the eVisa’s dates, passport details, and single- or multiple-entry permission. A requested 90-day period is not automatically granted, and your permitted stay must follow the issued document.

  5. Q1062. How to apply for India e-Visa online?

Submit an Indian e-Visa application through indianvisaonline.gov.in, choosing the category that matches your actual purpose of travel. Eligibility depends on passport nationality and other conditions, not simply on living in Thailand. Prepare your passport identity page, a compliant digital photograph, travel details, and any category-specific evidence requested by the portal. For example, business or medical travel can require additional supporting documents. Check the portal’s current passport-validity, arrival-point, payment, and application-window requirements before submitting. Save the application ID and monitor the official status page. If an Electronic Travel Authorization is issued, carry a printed copy and the passport used for the application. Do not confuse a submitted application or payment receipt with travel authorization.
