A China M business visa has no single standard validity for every applicant; the issued visa specifies its entry validity, number of entries, and permitted duration of each stay. These are separate limits, so a multiple-entry visa does not authorize continuous residence until its expiry date. Thai ordinary passport holders should first check whether their planned business visit qualifies under the current China–Thailand visa-exemption arrangements. For trips requiring an M visa, prepare business-purpose evidence and an invitation meeting the current checklist. Confirm requirements with the Chinese Embassy in Thailand or its authorized visa application centre. After issuance, review all visa fields before travel, especially the entry deadline and duration of stay.
