Hayya is Qatar’s official digital platform for certain entry-permit applications; the original Hayya Card was associated with the FIFA World Cup. It should not be treated as a universal visa or a permanent right to enter Qatar. For a new trip from Thailand, check whether your passport qualifies for visa-free entry, a visa on arrival, or an application through a currently available Hayya category. Depending on that category, you may need a passport image, photograph, accommodation details, and other evidence. An old World Cup-era card does not by itself establish current entry eligibility. Review the issued permit’s conditions and confirm current requirements through the official Hayya platform and Qatar’s Ministry of Interior, including any accommodation or insurance obligations.
