Q1316. How does 90-day reporting work in Thailand?

Answered by the NYC Visa & Translation team

Foreign nationals staying longer than 90 consecutive days must report their address to the Immigration Bureau. Reports can be filed in person, by an authorised representative, by registered post, or online through the TM47 system, which accepts filings from 15 days before the due date to 7 days after. Leaving and re-entering Thailand resets the 90-day count from the new entry stamp.
