Retirement extensions (Non-O or O-A based) are filed at the Thai Immigration office covering your residence. Core financial evidence: funds in a Thai bank account at the current official threshold, or monthly income at the current official threshold, or a combination — seasoned for the required period before filing. You also need a bank letter, updated bank book, TM30 receipt, photos, and the TM.7 form. O-A holders must also maintain the required health insurance. File before your current permission expires; overstay even by one day creates fines and can affect future applications. All foreign documents must be translated and legalised in the required chain.
