Trade mark registration

Trade mark filing with the Department of Intellectual Property under the Trademark Act B.E. 2534 as amended in 2016. A registered mark is protected for renewable ten-year terms. We run a similarity search and classify the goods or services under the Nice system before filing, because a wrong class means refiling and losing priority time. Fees are quoted after we review your structure and documents. Ask by phone, LINE or email — there is no cart and no online payment.
