Who qualifies

Foreign executives hired into C-suite / Managing Director / Country Head roles at Thai companies within the S-curve list.

• Monthly salary ≥ THB 200,000.
• MBA — or bachelor's degree + 10 years' executive experience.
• Employment contract in a senior executive role ≥ 1 year.
• Target company on the S-curve list with a valid Endorsement.

Documents required

• Sector Endorsement Letter for the target company.
• Employment contract + job description for the C-suite / MD / Country Head role.
• Certified translations of MBA / degree + transcript.
• CV plus reference letters covering ≥ 10 years' executive experience.
• Thai employer's affidavit and audited financials.
• Passport, medical certificate, police clearance.

Workflow

1. Coordinate with sector authority to secure the Endorsement.
2. File SMART-E on BOI Online with certified translations.
3. 30-working-day BOI adjudication.
4. Collect visa at embassy or BOI One Stop Service.
5. Annual reporting; renew at year 4.
