Certified translation of visa supporting documents
A translation is not merely a language conversion — it must also carry the certification format the destination accepts. The same bundle needs NAATI certification for Australia, while several European states accept only a translation by their own sworn translator, and some cases require a further consular legalisation layer at the Department of Consular Affairs. Choosing the wrong format means redoing the whole set, so we confirm the destination before starting. Our fee is THB 1,300–2,500 per document by type and length, typically 5–7 business days; rush work is quoted case by case against the real queue. Where consular legalisation follows, the statutory fee is THB 200 per stamp (standard) or THB 400 per stamp (express), charged at cost and itemised separately.

Our scope is preparing, translating and certifying documents so the file matches the destination authority's requirements. We do not adjudicate applications, cannot guarantee an outcome or a decision date, and never prepare documents that do not match the facts. Personal data is processed under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019).

The indicative document-handling fee is THB 1,300-2,500 per job, excluding authority fees (งานนี้ไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียมราชการโดยตรง หากต้องต่อด้วยการรับรองนิติกรณ์หรือรับรองที่สถานทูต จะแจ้งค่าธรรมเนียมตามอัตราของหน่วยงานนั้นแยกต่างหาก). A firm quotation follows the document review, before work starts.
How long does the document work take?
About 5-7, with an express slot on our side when the queue allows. This covers our preparation and certification work only; the embassy's or immigration authority's own processing time is set by that authority and can change.

Do you guarantee the visa will be approved?
No. Approval or refusal is at the sole discretion of the destination country's issuing authority. We are not an agent of any embassy, consulate, visa application centre or immigration office, and we have no priority channel.
Can an apostille replace the legalisation chain?
Not yet. The Apostille Convention enters into force for Thailand on 28 February 2027; before then Thai public documents used abroad still need Department of Consular Affairs legalisation followed by the destination embassy.

- What is the DTV and who realistically qualifies?
- The Destination Thailand Visa is a five-year multiple-entry visa allowing stays of up to 180 days per entry, extendable once per entry by a further 180 days at an immigration office. It targets remote workers employed or contracted outside Thailand, freelancers with foreign clients, and participants in Thai soft-power activities such as Muay Thai training, cooking courses or medical treatment, and it requires evidence of at least THB 500,000 in available funds.
- How is the LTR visa different from the DTV?
- The Long-Term Resident visa is a ten-year visa administered by the Board of Investment for wealthy global citizens, wealthy pensioners, work-from-Thailand professionals and highly skilled professionals, and it bundles a digital work permit, a flat 17% personal income tax rate for the skilled-professional category and annual instead of 90-day reporting. The DTV is cheaper and faster but grants no work permit for Thai-sourced work and no tax privileges.
- Can I work in Thailand on a tourist or DTV visa?
- No — any work performed inside Thailand requires a work permit or an equivalent digital work authorization, regardless of where the employer or client is located. The DTV is intended for work delivered to foreign employers and clients; taking on Thai clients or a Thai employer requires switching to a Non-B or LTR pathway with proper authorization.
- What most often causes a Schengen or UK visa refusal from Thailand?
- The dominant causes are weak evidence of ties to Thailand, bank statements that show a sudden unexplained deposit shortly before filing, inconsistencies between the application form and supporting documents, insufficient or non-compliant travel insurance, and an itinerary that does not match the stated purpose. Refusals are recorded, so a re-application must directly address the refusal ground rather than simply resubmit the same file.
