Why timely receipt is a risk control, not a convenience
Tax assessments, summonses and official notices run deadlines from the date of service at the registered office. If nobody receives them, the company can lose the right to object without ever seeing the letter.
A permanent recipient at the registered address, with same-day notification, removes that exposure entirely.
