Questions (6)
- Q1326. Where are your offices in Thailand?
We have two branches: Bangkok (Lat Phrao 95 area) and Khon Kaen. Udon Thani, Nong Khai and some other provinces have document pick-up points, not branches. Clients anywhere can send scans online and receive the signed PDF, with paper copies posted on request.
- Q1358. Can I order from Australia rather than Thailand?
Yes. NAATI certification attaches to the practitioner, not to the location where the work is produced, so scans can be sent online and the e-stamped PDF returned for immediate lodgement. Hard copies can be posted to an Australian address at cost.
- Q1372. I live outside Bangkok. Do I need to travel to your office?
No. Scans sent by email or LINE are sufficient for translation and certification. Physical originals are only needed where consular legalisation is part of the job, and in that case documents can be sent by post and handled on your behalf.
- Q1479. Which translations do Thai nationals abroad request most often?
Transcripts and degree certificates for further study, driving licences for state conversion, and household registration or birth certificates when lodging or varying a visa. Ordering them as one batch keeps terminology consistent across the set.
- Q1487. I live in a Thai province with no branch. Can you still help?
The entire process runs remotely: scans in, name confirmation, payment, PDF out, and printed copies posted nationwide, typically one to three business days after dispatch. Branch attendance is optional, not required.
- Q1499. Do I have to attend a branch in person at any point?
Only where a receiving authority insists the practitioner sight the physical original, or where the file continues into consular steps requiring originals. Standard NAATI translation is completed entirely from scans.
