Questions (9)
- Q1319. Why does the price vary between a quote on request and 2,500?
Word count and table density drive the price. Standard-form civil registry documents sit at the lower end; multi-semester transcripts, financial statements and judgments sit at the upper end. This is our translation fee only — government and assessing-body fees are separate and paid directly to those bodies.
- Q1356. What is included in the fee?
Translation by a NAATI certified practitioner, proofreading, layout matched to the source, the certification stamp and signature, and the e-stamped PDF. Postage of hard copies, Thai government legalisation fees and destination-authority fees are billed separately.
- Q1357. Is pricing per document or per page?
Standard civil documents are priced per document. Long items such as court judgments, financial statements and contracts are quoted by page count and text density, so send the files first and you receive a fixed quote before work starts.
- Q1371. Is the 50 percent rush surcharge applied to the whole invoice?
No. It applies to the translation fee of the expedited documents only, not to postage or Thai government fees, and not to items left on standard turnaround within the same order.
- Q1428. How is pricing calculated for a set of documents?
Fees depend on the documents, destination and urgency. Send your documents for a written quote after review — no prices are published. Any government or embassy fees are set by the authority; verify them directly before filing.
- Q1429. Why are some quotes dramatically cheaper?
A certified job carries a named practitioner's certification number and personal responsibility for the text. A shop stamp without a verifiable certification number is a different product, and Australian bodies frequently reject it.
- Q1430. Do you invoice law firms and migration agents?
Yes, on an agreed billing cycle for firms sending work regularly, with a per-matter summary attached to each invoice. There is no online shopping cart; every job is scoped before it is quoted.
- Q1467. Why is the price a range rather than a fixed figure?
Because document volume varies widely. A single-page birth certificate and a four-year transcript are not comparable work. Word count, tables, source legibility and the number of seals to be described determine the figure, which we confirm before starting.
- Q1488. Is there a saving for multiple documents?
Fees depend on the documents, destination and urgency. Send your documents for a written quote after review — no prices are published. Any government or embassy fees are set by the authority; verify them directly before filing.
