Wallet Ownership Declaration — Format มาตรฐาน
1. Wallet Address (ทุก chain ที่อ้างสิทธิ์)
2. Signed Message ผ่าน MetaMask/Ledger ยืนยัน Ownership
3. Statement: 'I am the sole beneficial owner of the private key controlling wallet 0x...'
4. Notary Signature + Seal + Date
Exchange (Binance/OKX/Kraken) และ Bank ยอมรับ format นี้สำหรับ Withdrawal Verification และ Proof of Funds.
